It makes a huge difference when people "eat their own dog food", i.e. use their products in anger. Some of the key tools (particuarly Love-Hate, Keywords on Fire, Keyword Spotlight and Listing Optimizer) are phenomenally powerful, in terms of their insight into what's working (or not), why a particular product is selling well, etc. Highly recommended!!!

ZonGuru has really improved since it first started. The easy to use graphical interface is perfect for beginners while now having many features for advanced sellers. I've used a few different software offerings in the market over the last few years and still keep coming back to ZonGuru for how easy it is. Let's not forget how good and fast the support from the team is. They should price it a bit higher IMO.
