We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to lead our email marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing customer support email journeys, email list growth and development, inbound/outbound email marketing campaigns, audience segmentation, and performance optimization. You will play a crucial role in engaging and nurturing leads, improving retention, and enhancing the overall customer experience through strategic email marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Email Campaign Development

• Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns to support customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Design and optimize automated email sequences for onboarding, re-engagement, and customer support journeys.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve email performance and conversion rates.

Email List Growth and Segmentation

• Grow and segment email lists to maximize personalization and targeting.
• Ensure effective audience segmentation for tailored email campaigns.

Performance Analysis and Optimization

• Analyze email campaign performance, monitor KPIs (open rates, click-through rates, conversions), and optimize for better engagement.
• Continuously refine email strategies based on performance data and industry best practices.

Content and Design Collaboration

• Work closely with design and content teams to create compelling email templates, copy, and visuals.
• Ensure that email content aligns with brand messaging and business objectives.

Compliance and Deliverability

• Ensure email marketing compliance with industry regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
• Maintain email domain health and best practices for improved deliverability.

Cross-Functional Alignment

• Work closely with sales, customer support, and product teams to align email strategies with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably within SaaS or e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of email marketing strategies, automation, and audience segmentation.
• Experience with email marketing tools (HubSpot preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize for better results.
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
• Knowledge of HTML and basic email coding is a plus.
