Everything Helix™ does with your Amazon listings
Helix is ZonGuru's AI engine for Listing Engineering. It rebuilds a listing's text for both of the engines Amazon now runs, then keeps it current. Every capability is below, with what it covers and where it stops.
Helix is currently available for US and UK Amazon marketplaces.

Publishing
Nothing goes live until you approve the before and after. The receipt confirms it is live, and a rejected resubmit costs nothing.
MCP access
Your own AI tools can drive Helix directly through MCP, an open protocol included with every subscription tier.
Starting
Signing up takes no credit card and no Seller Central connection. You can connect later.
Marketplaces
Helix works on your US and UK listings today, with more marketplaces in development.

Start with your catalog
Connect Seller Central once and Helix pulls your listings in, with nothing to upload. That one connection is what lets Helix score your whole catalog, watch it for changes, and publish approved copy back to Amazon.
Learn More About HelixThe details
- Connecting requires an Amazon Professional selling plan.
- There is a smaller way in. You can engineer a single listing pay-as-you-go, and the catalog, monitoring and publishing arrive when you subscribe and connect.
- One run covers a listing's whole parent-child variation family in one marketplace, so a variation set is one piece of work.

Teach it your brand
Helix learns how you write from a brand and product intake form. What it learns becomes a structured rule set, drafted for you and edited by you.
See How Helix WorksThe details
- Rules exist at three scopes: brand, product and transformation, which is one engineering run. An exception you set for a single run never becomes permanent.
- Auto-drafted rules cover banned words, required phrases, length limits, tone and how variations are formatted.
- Amazon's own policy and schema constraints are not editable, and a violation blocks the publish instead of shipping quietly.

See what the AI engine reads
Start by seeing how ready your own listing is for Amazon's AI engine. The Amazon AI Readiness Score reads any live US or UK Amazon listing for free, and today it grades two layers of that readiness. The first is COSMO Semantic Mapping, a reading of your listing against Amazon's knowledge graph, which looks for product relationships rather than keyword strings. The second is Alexa for Shopping Q&A Coverage, which scores how well the listing answers the questions Amazon's AI shopping agent asks.
Free AI Readiness ScoreThe details
- The Score reads listing text only: your title, bullets, description and the searchable Item Highlights field Amazon shows beside the title. It does not read images, the A+ Content section below your listing, or backend attributes.
- Engineering the listing afterwards is a paid transformation. Helix drafts, scores and refines the copy through up to three rework rounds, and a run that fails refunds its credit automatically.
- The result is scored again, so the before and after sit side by side.

Run the whole catalog
Your catalog arrives as a table with a score and a next action against each listing. Helix scores it in revenue order under a capacity limit, and listings past that limit are labeled as not scored.
Engineer Your ListingsThe details
- Managed listings are checked nightly for content changes, score drops, suppression, a lost Buy Box, drift from what you submitted, and removal from the catalog.
- Alerts fire once per issue, do not repeat while one is open, and clear with a recovery notice.
- You run actions in bulk across any selection you make.
