Helix supports the US and UK Amazon marketplaces. Further marketplaces are in development.
What happens if I cancel?
Your managed-listing data, including monitoring history and score trends, is held for 60 days. It restores if you re-subscribe inside that window. You keep your transformation history and reports, and any credits you bought.
What is the difference between the free AI Readiness Score and Helix?
The free Amazon AI Readiness Score is a 0-to-100 read of how well a live listing answers the questions Amazon's AI asks about it. It scores the text on two layers, its meaning and its buyer Q&A coverage, and it reads nothing else. Helix engineers the listing and publishes it to Amazon, then keeps watching it.
Do I need to connect Seller Central?
For a plan, yes. Seller Central connection is how Helix pulls, scores and publishes your catalog, and it needs an Amazon Professional selling plan. Credits bought on their own work without a connection, which is why scoring and monitoring come only with a plan.
What happens to credits I do not use?
Credits included with a plan reset each month and do not roll over, so spending draws those down first. Credits you buy as a top-up never expire, and you keep them if you cancel.
